Paying For Your Holiday and Receiving Your Tickets

After your booking is requested and subsequently confirmed an invoice will be sent to you or your travel agent detailing the total amount due. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If payment has not been received by this time we reserve the reight to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply. When we receive full payment you will be sent your flight tickets and other useful information. Carefully check the flight timings on your tickets.

Flights timings (using the 24-hour clock) are subject to change and may vary from those on your confirmation invoice. Your travel documents will give you the required check-in time, it is important that you adhere to these times, as we are not liable if you miss your flight. It is your responsibility to confirm all onward or return flights at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Passport . Visa / Health Recommendations

A vailid passport is essential for travel to the destinations featured in this brochure. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER you return home. The visa recommendations are for Irish passport holders only, non Irish passport holders should contact the relevant Embassies for entry requirement details. It is your responsibilty to ensure that you hold the correct valid travel documents for the country being visited and have obtained the necessary vaccinations, we cannot be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.

The above information is correct at the time of publication - October 2003. Vaccination requirements change on a regular basis, so the chart below acts as a guide only. You must contact your doctor or tropical disease centre for current - up to date information, at least three months before departure.
